As a small Scottish conference we have no special facilities for overseas delegates.  All we are able to do is to treat such individuals as any other delegate to the conference, e.g. we will acknowledge a booking on receipt of full payment in pounds Sterling and then welcome them at registration at the conference.

 We have taken advice on overseas applications and whilst welcoming bona fide delegates, we must not cross the line in offering a formal invitation to foreign visitors.

We can not supply a formal invitation, to any individual or group of individuals, in support of a visa application, visas  must be applied for through the appropriate channels.
