It is lots of people helping in lots of small ways during Clan Gathering that makes it work. Come and make it work serving your fellow man, one two three or more times during your week, while enjoying the conference! The following do no carry a free place or accommodation. For more detailed job descriptions, please contact our office.

Site

Loo Cleaners - (the first shall be last) morning lunch and evening.

Drivers- You never know what famous person you might pick up! Airport and local runs.

Set up team – Friday and/or Saturday before

Take down team – Saturday morning after the party is over.

Handyman – Help, can you fix this?

Tradesman - Can you really fix that!

Catering

Cafe Assistant- Mornings or break time, serving coffee

Browsers café assistant – LOVE the coffee at break time.

Wednesday Ministers Lunch – They serve us all year, now lets serve them!
